4. Drink Water or Caffeine
Dehydration can make a headache much worse. So, make sure you’re getting all of the water that you need. Studies suggest that caffeine can relieve headaches too. Just make sure you only consume a small amount.

5. Find Out the Underlying Cause
If you notice a recurring pattern to your headaches, then odds are that something is causing them. For some people, this may be something like stress. However, for most people, it’s likely caused by some type of underlying disorder.
